Fresh fish

Well that’s the first one lost for this week, a fresh fish around 10lb in the Glide pool, fresh fish also seen in Dalmarnock bank pool,  the Glide,Sowerby and Oak tree pool 

Autumn run 

Another fish lost on Saturday brought the grand total for the week to 17 fish hooked but only 7 landed!! The gauge today showed 4’4″ and falling so hopefully this week will be as promising as last. As long as Continue reading Autumn run 

12 fish hooked

So far this week we’ve had four fish landed and seven lost!! Mike had a couple today out Harling,  one at 10lb the other 13lb

I thought here we go again, 4 fish lost in a row today , three on the fly one on the spinner, then Lee landed number five in the Red Brae this evening. 

Tam Kelly

Yesterdays fish was a wee cock grilse adorning his breeding colours, Tam Kelly was the fortunate angler , landing the wee fish in the Oak Tree Pool.
